How long will my order take to arrive?
To offer you the best prices and a wider range of sustainable activewear, some items may be shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Please allow 14–36 business days for your parcel(s) to arrive.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Can I track my order?
Yes. If you would like to track your order, simply contact us at support@serra-active.store and we will provide your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
What if I want to return an item?

In summary:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be approved by contacting us first at support@serra-active.store.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
